Allison advises construction clients with respect to construction liens, trust claims, delay claims and contractual disputes.  Allison’s experience also includes commercial lease disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes. Allison has successfully represented clients before the Small Claims Court, the Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
