Michael Leaver Joins Partnership

We are pleased to announce that Michael Leaver became a Partner of the firm on January 1, 2019. Michael joined Kelly Santini LLP as an articling student in 2011. As a member of our business law team, Michael has quickly developed his reputation for M&A and corporate finance transactions. He has acted on more than 50 significant deals including many complex, high value and cross-border transactions. Michael also has extensive knowledge and understanding of Not-For-Profit board governance and he advises many provincial and federal Not-For-Profit organizations and charities.
