Kelly Santini Advises on International Acquisition

On December 4, 2018, London, UK based private equity firm, Elysian Capital LLC completed the purchase of Facilisgroup Canada Inc., based out of Ottawa, Ontario and Facilisgroup, LLP, based out of St. Louis, Missouri. Facilisgroup was advised in Canada by Kelly Santini LLP with a team lead by Andrew Godfrey and including Michael Leaver and Kate Craner and by Ernst & Young (Tax) with a team lead by Chris Jerome.
