Steve has been at the forefront of alternative dispute resolution for nearly 20 years.

Stephen Kelly’s litigation practice is focused on personal injury and insurance litigation. Steve has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, as well as various administrative tribunals.

A Charter Mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada, Steve is one of the most sought after mediators in Eastern Ontario, known for his hard work, creativity, and dedication to helping parties resolve their disputes. He has been a mediator since 1992, assisting parties in a wide range of matters including commercial, bodily injury, employment, construction, and estates issues.

Steve brings his years of litigation experience to his role as arbitrator. An active litigator for over 25 years, Steve was also a vice-chair (arbitrator) with the Ontario Commercial Arbitration Tribunal and subsequently the License Appeal Tribunal for six years.  Presently, Steve is a panel arbitrator with the Tarion Warranty Corporation’s Builders’ Arbitration Forum.
