Samantha Iturregui

Samantha is a fluently bilingual litigator who has appeared before four levels of Ontario Courts.

As an associate in the civil litigation group, Samantha represents institutional and individual clients in insurance litigation, contract disputes and in personal injury matters.  Samantha has strong research and drafting skills having worked as a research assistant in the Supreme Court of Canada. She has appeared on matters before the Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
