Mike advises many business start-ups on their incorporation and business structure.

Mike is an associate at Kelly Santini LLP who practices in the areas of real estate, corporate and commercial law, and estate planning. He assists both individuals and corporate clients with a wide range of matters including, commercial contracts, business start-ups, incorporations, commercial leasing, the buying and selling of businesses, re-organizations, wills and trusts. He also acts for a wide variety of clients including first time home buyers, property managers and investors with both residential and commercial real estate transactions, financing transactions and collections.

Mike is a frequent lecturer at the OCRI Entrepreneurship Centre and various other organizations and associations on legal considerations for small businesses and also acts as a mentor to young entrepreneurs.
