After joining Kelly Santini from a global firm in 2015, Andrew quickly established himself as a leading business advisor to businesses across Ottawa’s private-sector and healthcare professionals in Ontario. His practice includes incorporating Medicine Professional Corporations, advising clinics on cost sharing arrangements, governance and acting on the purchase and sale of dental clinics and pharmacies. He also acts for several Academic Health Science Centres across the province of Ontario on the development and implementation of structures, governance and practice plan related documents for hospitals, departments and divisions that receive Alternate Funding Plan (AFP) funding from the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Andrew also advises a diverse collection of companies in the private sector on their daily commercial needs and their corporate transactions including financing, acquisitions, and exits. In addition, he acts for banks and borrowers from a diverse range of sectors on lending transactions and has been brought in as transaction counsel to assist companies in sophisticated transactions on both a domestic and international basis.
