Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly has practiced civil litigation since being called to the Ontario Bar in 1984. His litigation practice is focused on personal injury and insurance litigation. Steve has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, as well as various adminstrative tribunals.

A Charter Mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada, Steve is one of the most popular mediators in Eastern Ontario, known for his hard work, creativity, and dedication to helping parties resolve their disputes. He has been a mediator since 1992, assisting parties in a wide range of matters including commercial, bodily injury, employment, construction, and estates issues. Steve has also acted as an arbitrator in numerous cases over the years and is currently an arbitrator with the Builder Arbitration Forum.

A frequent guest speaker on insurance law and alternative dispute resolution, Steve is also active in the community supporting charitable causes.
